Want a Return or a Replace?
We accept Return in following conditions:
1. You must initiate a request within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. The items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging with all the tags/stickers intact.
3. Personalised or customised items such as printed, engraved or monogrammed products are not
eligible for return, except in the case of damaged product.

To initiate a return, please email us at shimmerlandshop@gmail.com with clear photographs of the
product, reason for return and your order number.

Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If approved, the
refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
1. For prepaid orders, the refund will go back to your original payment source.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer (details must be
provided).
Return Shipping
3. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange a free
pickup or reimburse the return shipping.
4. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
